This is my first experience with NWTC and teaching here. Dan and Amy and their team put together a great way to gently break us all in to the world of teaching and NWTC.
I now know that I have been teaching rather poorly, but I have a ton of tools to make me better.

Your methods may not have been as good as they could of been given more knowledge on techniques, but you got your point across, your students learned, and that can never be poor. Your enthusiasm, knowledge and past experiences is all you really need, the rest just goes to make you better at it.
